Your £80 spend cap

An £80 spend cap is applied to each connection to help protect you from unexpected charges. It applies only to chargeable usage outside your inclusive UK allowance, such as premium-rate and competition lines, calls to 09 numbers, and roaming or other usage in destinations not included in your plan.

The spend cap does not affect your inclusive UK calls, texts or data. Some third-party or roaming usage may be reported to the network after it takes place, so the cap may not stop every charge immediately.

The order summary above forms part of your agreement with The SIM Warehouse.

Your service is supplied subject to the applicable Business Terms and Conditions, price information and network-specific service conditions.

Your monthly charges will be collected by Direct Debit. Your first payment is taken separately through Stripe before the SIM order is released for fulfilment.

Where you are keeping existing mobile numbers, activation and transfer dates depend on receiving complete and accurate porting information, including valid PAC codes.

You confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you have authority to enter into this business agreement.

Set up your monthly Direct Debit

Stripe will securely collect your bank details and Direct Debit mandate. The SIM Warehouse will not store your full bank account details.

Pay your first payment

Your first payment is taken securely through Stripe. Your order moves to fulfilment once payment is confirmed.

Complete the Direct Debit step first.

Your agreement has been accepted, your Direct Debit has been set up and your first payment has been received. We can now prepare your SIM order.
